Design Leadership Opportunity

Establish a cohesive design strategy to drive project success. We seek an experienced Design Senior Manager to lead our team in Malappuram, with at least 10-12 years of experience in Construction Project Management for Real Estate sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with architects and other stakeholders, including services consultants, liaison, clients, etc.
  • Proficiency in handling AutoCAD drawings, such as reading, writing, modifications, changes, etc.
  • Effective interaction with internal teams, including PM, Contracts, Engineers, EHS, etc.
  • Tracking design deliverables, including concept design, GFC drawings, technical specifications, etc.
  • Arranging design meetings for smooth coordination and circulation of MoM's.
  • Planning and preparation of MOM, Bar chart, Manpower Planning, Material planning, DPR, WPR & MPR.
  • Cash flow statement, various tracking tools like S-curve, EV analysis, Value engineering, risk log preparation, delay log, preparing and maintaining documentation like drawing tracker, site related case studies & best practices, checking contractor bills & measurements.
  • Application of Microsoft Project tool for scheduling and tracking.
  • Review of tender documents of various packages, preparation of query list for clarification on Tender documents & BOQ's, Tender event schedule preparation for the procurement packages of the project, prequalification report preparation for shortlisted vendors, issuing RFP to the vendors, preparation of commercial comparative with Savills recommended rates for negotiations with the vendors.
  • Recommendation report preparation, preparation of draft work order for the finalized vendors.
  • To be successful, must have experience in Real Estate Construction Site (high end residential, Hotel & Commercial).

The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with various stakeholders, managing design deliverables, and ensuring timely completion of projects.
