Job Description

We are seeking a strategic business leader to manage a team of vendor consultants responsible for driving business growth and ensuring Selling Partner satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, influencing stakeholders, and leading cross-functional teams. They will be responsible for developing and implementing joint business plans with Selling Partners, as well as managing operational aspects of the vendor's business with Amazon.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading a team of Vendor Consultants and prioritizing strategic initiatives
  • Managing end-to-end goal setting for the team to align with organizational goals
  • Building relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio and identifying opportunities for improvement

Basic Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of digital advertising and client-facing roles with a focus on data analysis experience
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers
  • Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software

Requirements

Responsibilities Include:

  1. Lead a team of Vendor Consultants, prioritizing strategic initiatives and provide escalation support as needed.
  2. Manage end to end goal setting for team to align with organizational goals.
  3. Build relationships with stakeholders across the portfolio; proactively build joint business plan action items and act as a point of escalation for issues, questions, and concerns.
