Project Coordinator Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the delivery of large-scale banking transformation projects.

This is a hands-on role that requires excellent multitasking, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Coordinating project activities, schedules, and meetings;
  • Maintaining trackers, reports, and governance-ready documentation;
  • Monitoring milestones, risks, issues, and change logs;
  • Liaising with stakeholders across business, IT, and compliance;
  • Supporting UAT planning, issue tracking, and leadership reporting;
  • Ensuring adherence to banking procedures, internal controls, and compliance standards;

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience as a Project Coordinator in a banking environment, with strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools. Experience producing documentation, trackers, and reports is also essential.
