Job Title: Liaison Officer

We are seeking a skilled Liaison Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling SRA / Redevelopment projects in western / sobo markets, liaising with Municipal authorities / Ward office / SRA / Government / Semi Government Local bodies related to approvals, obtaining all approvals / compliances for various projects in Mumbai and Thane region, coordinating with external architects & consultants for respective approvals, preparing budgets, estimates, list of compliances etc, related to approvals, and coordinating internally with Engineering dept, site team, Legal etc. to ensure timely & smooth approval process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling SRA / Redevelopment projects in western / sobo markets.
  • Liaising with Municipal authorities / Ward office / SRA / Government / Semi Government Local bodies related to approvals.
  • Obtaining all approvals / compliances for various projects in Mumbai and Thane region.
  • Coordinating with external architects & consultants for respective approvals.
  • Preparing budgets, estimates, list of compliances etc, related to approvals.
  • Coordinating internally with Engineering dept, site team, Legal etc. to ensure timely & smooth approval process.
