Key Responsibilities
  • Administer and coordinate field contracts.
  • Monitor contractors' works against design specifications and contract documents.
  • Liaise with clients, project management, and contractors to resolve project issues.
  • Supervise, review, and report on project progress.
  • Maintain awareness of contract financial status.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience on large commercial projects involving infrastructure and building design.

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Ms Project, and MS Office is required.
