Senior IT Infrastructure Manager

We are seeking a skilled IT lead to manage our company's IT infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity.
This is a key role that involves ensuring seamless technology integration and business continuity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities- Maintain, upgrade, and optimize IT infrastructure for peak performance and minimal downtime.
- Integrate IT applications with enterprise systems, optimize workflows, and enable real-time data exchange for better decision-making.
- Minimize system bottlenecks by addressing performance issues, fine-tuning configurations, and implementing automation for process optimization.
- Manage application development, ensure alignment with business objectives, and meet security and compliance standards.
- Ensure application reliability by proactively identifying and resolving system issues, reducing downtime, and applying root-cause analysis to prevent recurring problems.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of IT experience, preferably in managing IT systems and projects in industrial, manufacturing, or petrochemical sectors.
- Proven experience in leading IT teams, managing projects, and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
