Senior Brand Marketing Executive

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Brand Marketing Manager to spearhead our brand vision across platforms, channels, and student touchpoints.

This role will oversee brand campaigns, influencer programs, content initiatives, and ATL/BTL activations to build awareness, drive student engagement, and reinforce the reputation of partner universities in India.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand marketing, with experience in education, youth brands, or omni-channel brands targeting GenZ audiences. They will be able to adapt global university brand frameworks for the Indian market, balancing aspiration and authenticity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement brand strategies, ensuring consistency across digital, print, events, and partner communications.
  • Execute influencer marketing campaigns, managing relationships with student ambassadors and micro-influencers to amplify campaigns.
  • Lead ATL/BTL marketing initiatives, including school/college fairs, student events, and experiential activations.
  • Manage website updates, content curation, and performance tracking in collaboration with product and tech teams.
  • Support conceptualization and execution of digital-first brand campaigns, exploring new formats for brand storytelling.
  • Brew and lead the content marketing strategy to engage prospects and build brand equity over time.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years in brand, marketing, or creative roles, ideally in education, youth brands, or omni-channel brands targeting GenZ audiences.
  • First-hand experience building brands in the Indian market through brand positioning, messaging, and effective customer segmentation.
  • Proven experience managing brand campaigns across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage content marketing, storytelling, and influencer partnerships.
