Job Description

Our company is seeking a skilled professional to join its 3rd Party Collections Process for a leading client.

This role involves handling outbound and inbound calls for collections in line with client and company policies. It also requires following up with customers on overdue accounts in a professional and persuasive manner, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and payment commitments, meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks, and providing timely updates and escalating issues where necessary.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in an International BPO voice process, preferably in collections or customer service. They must possess a strong command of spoken English with a neutral or US/UK accent, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle pressure and meet targets in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, they should be flexible to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an International BPO voice process (preferably in collections or customer service)
