Electrical Design Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Electrical Design Engineer in Bengaluru.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design low voltage reticulation and distribution systems, including UPS sources, using software such as AMTECH/Electrical OM.
  • Operate industry-standard lighting design software for general and emergency lighting systems.
  • Design cable management systems, including trunking, tray, and conduits, and prepare sizing calculations.
  • Present designs on schematic and 2D layout drawings using Bentley Microstation and AECOsim.
  • Model MEP services, including cable management systems, pipework, and ductwork, in 3D using Bentley Microstation and AECOsim.
  • Supervise and verify the work of designers/modellers to meet project requirements.
  • Interpret client specification requirements to develop designs.
  • Operate Microsoft Office package, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Mandatory Skills:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • Qualifications meeting Chartership requirements with a UK Engineering Institution.
  • CMS Design, Load calculations, Cable sizing, transformer sizing, LV Design, Single Line drawings.
  • Multi-disciplinary design coordination.
  • Experience working within a rail station environment and knowledge of Network Rail standards.
