Aster Medcity is looking for a dynamic professional to fill the role of Procurement Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
  1. Oversee and direct business operations, ensuring seamless day-to-day functions.
  2. Recruit, train, motivate, and coach employees to provide exceptional customer service, assessing their performance and offering constructive feedback and training opportunities.
  3. Resolve customer and employee conflicts or complaints efficiently.
  4. Maintain store inventory levels, guaranteeing proper provision and adequate staffing.
  5. Analyze processes and develop strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  6. Determine and achieve business objectives and profit targets.
  7. Ensure stores are well-maintained, with attractive signage and displays.
  8. Prepare reports and present findings to senior management or other stakeholders.
  9. E nsure staff adhere to company policies and procedures.
