- Coordinating Approval for Negotiated Work/Purchases
- Timely Release of Purchase/Work Orders
- Vendor Management
- Procurement Planning
- Interaction with User Departments
Inventory Management
- Process Setup
- Monitoring Stores Activities to Ensure SOP Compliance
- MIS Management
- Statutory Compliance
- Vendor Dispute Resolution
Billing and Pricing
- Planning and Strategizing on Pricing
- Discount Approval
- Escalation Handling for Billing Complaints
- Interaction with Doctors on Billing Matters
- Manage End-to-End Procurement Process for Medical Equipment
- Evaluate Alternate Platforms for Tests to Minimize Cost and Wastage
- Process Procurement Requests from Business Units
- Provide Weekly Reports on Procurement Status
- Develop Quarterly Procurement Performance Reports
- Develop and Maintain a List of Approved Suppliers
- Develop Enterprise Procurement Strategy
- Liaise with Suppliers to Ensure Contract Adherence
- Evaluate Product and Arrange Equipment Demos
