  • Knowledge of sterilization techniques and equipment is essential for this position.
  • Loading materials for sterilization, receiving, checking, and segregating CSSD items are also important tasks.

As a Junior Technician - Central Sterile Supply Department, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with the cleaning, disinfection, and sterilization of medical equipment and supplies
  • Inspecting and assembling surgical instrument sets to ensure they are complete and functioning properly
  • Operating sterilization equipment to maintain high standards of hygiene and safety
  • Maintaining accurate records of inventory and usage to ensure optimal supply chain management
  • Ensuring compliance with infection control protocols to prevent the spread of infections
