Job Overview

The role of AI Engineer involves the design, development, and maintenance of software components and machine learning pipelines. This position requires a detail-oriented and adaptable individual who can learn and evolve in AI-powered solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement core components including memory, routing, cache, feedback, and chains for in-house AI agents.
  • Collaborate with business, front-end, back-end, and data teams to build sophisticated multi-agent AI workflows for automated investment analysis using LangChain/LangGraph.
  • Develop prompt engineering techniques for various LLM providers, including Anthropic Claude, Google Gemini, and Open AI.
  • Design scalable systems for large-scale document processing during due diligence using Backend/FastAPI.
  • Develop FastAPI applications that serve AI-powered insights to investment teams.
  • Implement secure authentication and data access controls for sensitive financial information.
  • Utilize Redis for caching and coordination, and experience with Pinecone vector search and Neo4j Knowledge Graph database is a plus.
