Job Title: Artificial Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-reliant AI professional with expertise in Python, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI solutions from scratch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement AI models using native libraries.
  • Build custom algorithms and pipelines for data processing and decision-making logic.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code for AI model development.
  • Develop, train, and evaluate models for NLP, decision trees, reinforcement learning, or agent-based systems.
  • Integrate AI components with existing systems and APIs.
  • Optimize models and systems for performance, reliability, and scalability.
  • Conduct experiments, analyze results, and iterate on design and functionality.
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development using Python.
  • Strong understanding of machine learning principles and concepts.
  • Proven experience building AI systems or agents without relying on third-party orchestration libraries.
  • Excellent coding skills in Python, including OOP, data structures, and design patterns.
  • Solid experience in algorithm development and statistical modeling.
  • Proficient with numerical and scientific computing tools like NumPy, Pandas, Matplotlib.
  • Experience with model training frameworks (optional: TensorFlow, PyTorch).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
