Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic professional with expertise in Telecom and AI/Generative AI solutions.

In this role, you will serve as a trusted advisor to telecom clients, helping them navigate the transformative potential of AI and GenAI technologies to solve complex challenges and drive business innovation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, sell, and implement tailored AI-driven solutions that optimize telecom operations, enhance customer experiences, and unlock new growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and manage strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in telecom organizations.
  • Design AI/GenAI-driven solutions that address pain points and provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies.
  • Identify new business opportunities and upsell AI and GenAI solutions within existing client accounts.
  • Oversee the full lifecycle of AI/GenAI solutions, from pre-sales through to post-sales support.
  • Stay on the cutting edge of AI, machine learning, and generative AI trends and bring deep knowledge of how these technologies can be applied in the telecom industry.
  • Cross-functionally collaborate with sales, engineering, product, and support teams to tailor AI/GenAI solutions that meet client needs.
