Senior AI Developer

At our organization, we are searching for a skilled and experienced Senior AI Developer who has a solid foundation in artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML). The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing, integrating, and evaluating large language models.

  • Developing and deploying scalable AI models that meet the needs of diverse applications.
  • Supporting and implementing best practices for model deployment and maintenance to ensure high-quality output.
  • Coordinating data preparation activities including cleaning, preprocessing, transformation, and validation.
  • Writing efficient and maintainable code with reusability in mind.
  • Creating user-friendly APIs, pipelines, and prototypes that make AI solutions tangible and useful.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to turn innovative ideas into functional systems.

Key qualifications include:

  • A strong foundation in AI/ML and hands-on experience with developing, integrating, and evaluating GenAI models.
  • Familiarity with multiple AI domains such as natural language processing, computer vision, recommendation systems, and classical ML.
  • Experience working with one or more popular ML frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.
  • Knowledge of agentic AI systems and evaluation of GenAI systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prototype quickly and build simple APIs to demonstrate solutions.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Hands-on experience applying AI to real-world projects.
  • Curiosity and adaptability to explore new tools, frameworks, and problem domains.
