Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned logistics professional to spearhead our Reverse Pickup with Quality Control operations across India.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, scalability, and efficiency in our RVP-QC services, focusing on return-heavy sectors such as Fashion and Electronics in both B2B and B2C markets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement scalable workflows for RVP-QC operations and technology integration.
  • Design and establish Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), fraud control, and quality audit systems.
  • Oversee the Profit and Loss (P&L) of the operation, drive Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, pricing, and client onboarding.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Technology, Operations, Human Resources, Sales, and Finance.
  • Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as quality accuracy, turnaround time (TAT), net promoter score (NPS), and service level agreement (SLA) adherence.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 7-12 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management, with at least 5 years in leadership positions.
  • Strong background in reverse logistics, quality control, and technology integration.
  • Excellent leadership and customer success skills, with a proven track record of driving business growth.
Expected Outcomes:
  • National rollout of RVP-QC services to 5-10 enterprise clients within 12-18 months.
  • Quality accuracy of >98%, TAT 60.
  • Establish RVP-QC as a unique selling proposition (USP) for the company.
