Job Title: Logistics Operations Leader

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in logistics operations, specifically in Full Truck Load (FTL) management.

  • Oversee and manage daily FTL operations to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team to achieve operational excellence and business targets.
  • Develop strategies to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource utilization.
  • Manage large tenders and bidding processes to secure profitable contracts.
  • Travel regularly to key locations for business development, client meetings, and operational reviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and expand market presence.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Strong operational knowledge of FTL logistics and trailer management.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, particularly in large-scale tendering and bidding.
  • Ability to travel regularly and manage operations across multiple locations.
  • Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or business administration preferred.
