Job Title: Packaging Executive

Job Description

We are seeking a talented Packaging Executive to join our team. As a key member of our packaging development team, you will be responsible for selecting and developing high-quality packaging materials that meet our brand's requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Selecting appropriate primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials as per brand requirements
  • Developing new vendors and conducting quality control audits to ensure packaging material quality
  • Creating media files like KLDs, 3-D mock-ups, and pack shots for projects
  • Handling artwork activities from design to manufacturing
  • Investigating market complaints and internal complaints regarding packaging material defects
  • Generating new ideas to reduce packaging material costs and wastage
  • Monitoring existing packaging processes and making them more efficient
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive speed, manage cost, and quality
  • Managing inventory and procuring packaging materials
  • Developing QC processes to monitor incoming packaging materials' quality
  • Overseeing day-to-day operations with the warehouse team
  • Generating reports to measure packaging inventory and performance
