Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Packaging Development Executive, where you will be responsible for assisting in the selection of appropriate packaging materials and developing new vendors.

  • Assist the Packaging Development team in selecting primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging as per brand requirements.
  • Develop quality control processes to monitor incoming packaging material quality.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive speed, manage cost, and quality.
  • Manage inventory and procure packaging materials efficiently.

Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize tasks effectively are essential.

  • Investigate market complaints related to packaging material defects and develop corrective actions.
  • Generate ideas to reduce packaging material costs and wastage, and implement efficient solutions.
  • Monitor and optimize existing packaging processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.

Requirements

A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Packaging Engineering, or a related field is required. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, is necessary.
