Job Title: Senior Software Development Specialist

    We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Software Development Specialist to join our team.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage the development of modular, reusable software solutions that support strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in workshops with business stakeholders to provide effort estimates and solution proposals.
  • Develop and maintain code repositories, responding rapidly to bug reports or security vulnerability issues.
  • Embody and integrate software development best practices.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across Security, Compliance, Engineering, Project Management, and Product Management.
  • Drive data enablement and build digital products/deliver solutions as per business prioritizations and technology architects.
  • Contribute towards AI/ML initiatives, including Gen AI, cloud migration, data quality improvement, business process simplification, and other strategic pillars.
  • Ensure delivered solutions adhere to architectural and development standards, best practices, and meet requirements as recommended in the architecture handbook.
  • Align designed solutions with Data and Analytics strategy standards and roadmap.
  • Status reporting to product owners and IT management.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
