Job Title: Packaging Development Professional

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to handle packaging development. In this role, you will be responsible for selecting appropriate primary, secondary, and tertiary packaging materials as per the requirements given by brands and marketing teams.

You will also develop new vendors, conduct audits to ensure quality control, and manage inventory and packaging material procurement.

In addition, you will generate new ideas to reduce packaging material costs and wastage, monitor existing packaging processes, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive speed, manage cost, and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Selecting suitable packaging materials as per brand requirements
  • Developing new vendors and conducting audits for quality control
  • Managing inventory and packaging material procurement
  • Generating new ideas to minimize packaging material costs and waste
  • Monitoring existing packaging processes and making improvements
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to enhance speed, manage cost, and quality
