Job Title: Software Solutions Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Software Solutions Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing software solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Desktops, Peripherals, Packaging, Deployment & Patching with Security/Windows background
  • Troubleshoot various hardware/software/application related incidents, perform root cause analysis & provide permanent solutions and record your actions in the tools.
  • Create solutions and publish them to the Internal Knowledge base.
  • Create/execute changes relevant for all windows-based end points.
Requirements
  • Strong background in application packaging/repackaging (InstallShield), admin studio, SCCM/MECM, scripting (PowerShell/VB/batch), W10/W11.
  • Knowledge of Admin Studio, Install Sheild and strong knowledge of PowerShell and nice to have exposure to APPV, MSIX would be an added advantage.
  • MICROSOFT SCCM/MECM (client based), packaging and distribution. Knowledge and Administration of Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) similar Deployment tools (baseline application packaging OSD, driver management (firmware), patch management)
