Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and onboard influencers, talents, and content creators; maintain and update the talent database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to close associations with celebrities and Category A talents.
  • Maintain trackers to monitor ongoing, completed, and upcoming projects for each talent.
  • Manage end-to-end collaboration and partnerships with talents, ensuring smooth execution.
  • Coordinate with the accounts team to ensure timely release of talent payments.
  • Support client servicing while confidently pushing back when required to balance expectations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (mandatory).
  • Minimum 2 years of prior experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or celebrity associations (preferred).
  • Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.
