We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our team in Ahmedabad, India. This role offers a unique opportunity to be part of a collaborative and innovative group that creates meaningful products for customers.

The estimated salary for this position is ₹25-30 lakhs per annum, based on industry standards and market conditions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the business to develop effective recruiting strategies and engage top talent
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to offer negotiation and closing
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates across engineering, marketing, product management, and sales
  • Measure performance metrics to drive continuous improvement in sourcing and recruiting strategies
  • Establish relationships with top-tier engineering schools and business schools

Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of recruiting experience with technical organizations
  • Hands-on experience building and utilizing various sourcing plans and tools
  • Progressive sourcing techniques, including direct sourcing, internet data mining, and recruiting strategies
  • Strong analytical skills to create, measure, and scale workflows between candidates, hiring managers, and the recruiting team
  • Ability to execute recruiting strategy, including employer promotion, candidate management, diversity sourcing, and interview process management
  • Strong consulting skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
