This includes screening resumes and applications, conducting interviews, and negotiating terms of employment.

About YouTo be considered for this role, you should have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, with experience in sourcing and recruiting top talent. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to work effectively with diverse groups and build strong relationships.
You should also possess a keen eye for detail and be able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, ensuring that all recruitment processes are executed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to source high-quality candidates.
- Recruitment Process Management: Screen resumes and applications, conduct interviews, and negotiate terms of employment.
- Candidate Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Hiring Manager Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
