We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Recruitment Specialist to join our team as a Talent Acquisition specialist. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will play a crucial role in finding, sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to help us stay competitive in the market.

Job Description

This is a full-time position based in GANESH GLORY 11 Block-D, Office No 1111, 11th Jagatpur Gota, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 382481. or Office No. 333, 3rd Floor, Marisoft 3, West Wing, Marigold Premises, Vadgaon Sheri, Kalyani Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra -411014.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Source passive candidates through different portals like Naukri.com, Indeed, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, Hirist, Hirect etc.
  • Client Management and Team handling
  • Search resume databases for the most fit candidates
  • Ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
  • Ability to scan large volumes of resumes
  • Understanding and familiarity with Recruitment Marketing
  • Communicate with Hiring Managers
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Team player
  • Prepare a report on a weekly basis for the tasks completed or in progress
