About This Role

This is a challenging opportunity to lead and drive learning initiatives across Asia.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for training needs analysis, program design and delivery, vendor and budget management, training evaluation, communication, and facilitation. They will work closely with business leaders to align training initiatives with business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Needs Analysis: Identify individual, team, region, and organizational learning needs through engagement with leaders across Asia. Collaborate with business leaders to ensure that training initiatives are aligned with business goals.
  • Program Design & Delivery: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs, learning journeys, and blended learning solutions. Partner with external vendors to design content that meets the learning needs of the organization.
  • Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with external training partners and track and report on L&D budget to ensure cost optimization while maintaining high quality training standards.
  • Training Evaluation: Establish metrics to assess the effectiveness of training programs and provide insights to continuously improve learning programs and initiatives.
  • Communication: Draft and manage pre- and post-learning communication with participants and develop social media content to promote learning programs.
  • Facilitation: Facilitate in-person and virtual training sessions on various topics, including soft skills and leadership skills.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.
