Job Description

As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of learning and development. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating a culture that fosters continuous growth and enables our team members to stay ahead of the curve.

Responsibilities include designing and implementing innovative learning journeys that inspire, challenge, and equip our team members with the skills they need to succeed. You will collaborate closely with business leaders to identify skill gaps, define learning outcomes, and drive measurable impact across the organization.

Another key aspect of this role is leveraging smart technology, such as AI-powered learning tools, to personalize, measure, and scale learning in meaningful ways. This requires a deep understanding of how to harness the power of data and analytics to inform learning decisions.

In addition, you will be responsible for driving certifications with business impact. This involves owning the end-to-end pipeline of critical technical certifications to ensure that our team members are not only certified but also competitively differentiated.

Finally, you will lead a team of learning champions, coaching, empowering, and growing high-performing L&D teams that think big, iterate fast, and deliver with empathy.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • 8-12 years of experience in Learning Enablement, Organizational Development, or similar roles
  • Strategic thinker with a builder's mindset and high empathy
  • Strong experience with LMS, digital learning platforms, and certification programs
  • Masters in HR, Psychology, or similar (MBA preferred)
  • Proven record of influencing business outcomes through learning programs
  • Stellar stakeholder management and negotiation skills
