Job Title: Content Developer

We are seeking an experienced content developer to create engaging English learning content for children and parents.

The ideal candidate will design daily learning sessions that include teaching, quizzes, and conversation practice, ensuring the full cycle takes about 10 minutes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality learning scripts (videos/lessons) for students and parents.
  • Develop quizzes, conversations, and activities that reinforce learning.
  • Design a detailed plan for the first 7 days, followed by an overview plan for the next 7 days.
  • Ensure the content is age-appropriate, culturally relatable, and easy to understand for Tier 2/3 audiences.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure an engaging user experience.

Requirements:

  • Strong command of English grammar and writing skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Creativity in storytelling, games, and interactive learning methods.
  • Prior experience in content writing, curriculum design, or EdTech is highly desirable.
  • Ability to understand the needs of students and parents in Tier 2 & 3 cities.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to deliver within deadlines.
