Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Management System Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing learning content within the Cornerstone OnDemand Learning Management System (LMS). This role requires a combination of technical platform expertise and project management skills to ensure seamless course delivery, effective learning administration, and successful content development initiatives.

The Learning Management Specialist will be responsible for configuring and publishing learning courses, curricula, and learning paths within Cornerstone LMS. They will also ensure proper course categorization, tagging, and metadata for optimal searchability and reporting. Additionally, they will manage course enrollment processes, prerequisites, and completion requirements, as well as coordinate SCORM, xAPI, and other content package uploads and testing.

The Learning Management Specialist will work closely with learning and development teams to align LMS capabilities with organizational learning objectives. They will provide recommendations for platform optimization and feature utilization, support the evaluation and implementation of new learning technologies and integrations, and assist in developing learning governance policies and standard operating procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience with Learning Management Systems, preferably Cornerstone OnDemand
  • 2+ years of project management experience, preferably in learning and development contexts
  • Experience with e-learning content development and SCORM standards
