Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We're seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing cloud-based infrastructure using AWS technologies.

About the Role:

  • Detailed knowledge of implementation, management, and troubleshooting of AWS Technologies, ECS, EKS is a must.
  • Able to operate and manage various operating systems such as AWS Linux, Red Hat Enterprise Linux.
  • Maintain, manage, and monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Resolve IT infrastructure issues proactively and efficiently.
  • Create high-quality technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing.
  • Support out-of-hours work if required.
  • On-board new cloud technologies and challenge existing implementations professionally.
  • Engage in cloud security activities to safeguard sensitive data.

Requirements:

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certification is mandatory.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working with AWS Cloud or related field is preferred.
  • Knowledge of cloud security tools like Checkpoint, Security Hub, GuardDuty, AWS Detective is highly desirable.
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent is required.

Key Skills:

  • AWS DevOps, Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS, EKS, Terraform, Ansible, Shell Scripting, Python are essential skills.
  • A strong understanding of cloud security principles is crucial.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is beneficial.

Preferred Certifications:

  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate (SAA) is highly recommended.
  • Red Hat Certified Engineer or related Linux certifications are preferred.
  • Relevant cloud security certificates are advantageous.
