Job Title: Payment and Billing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our billing and payments process with utmost precision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify, record, and update customer invoice payments with accuracy
  • Track transactions across multiple platforms including Stripe, Paddle, and cryptocurrency payment systems
  • Monitor and manage disputes, chargebacks, and fraud cases for seamless financial operations
  • Validate cryptocurrency payments using Ledger and blockchain tools for secure transactions
  • Identify discrepancies and maintain accurate financial records

Requirements:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills for efficient work management
  • Basic understanding of payment systems and cryptocurrency for handling complex transactions
  • Ability to work independently with confidential data and maintain high security standards
  • Technical background or familiarity with digital platforms is preferred but not mandatory

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with SaaS, fintech, or digital products to enhance technical expertise
  • Knowledge of anti-fraud, compliance, or financial risk management to mitigate potential risks
  • Prior remote work experience to adapt to flexible work environments
