Seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee homecare billing operations, managing accounts for Managed Care Organizations, processing claims, and maintaining accurate records in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities- Administer billing processes for Managed Care Organizations
- Process and handle Assignment of Benefits (AOB) and Long-Term Care claims efficiently
- Manage Private Pay billing and follow-ups effectively
- Accurately log and reconcile payments
- Foster excellent communication with clients and internal teams via email and phone
- Maintain organized and compliant billing records
- Demonstrated experience in homecare billing, including MCO, AOB, Long-Term Care, and Private Pay
- Strong ability to communicate over the phone
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive work ethic
- Proficiency in logging payments and effective email communication
- Able to work independently in a remote setting
