Job Description

Our organization is seeking a skilled Middleware Administrator to perform various tasks, including:

  • Patching and Hot Fixing: Stay up-to-date with the latest middleware releases and patches to ensure optimal performance.
  • Security and Bug Patching: Identify and resolve security vulnerabilities and bugs in middleware applications.
  • Resource Monitoring: Monitor middleware resources and infrastructure to prevent downtime and optimize performance.
  • DR Activity and Application Management: Ensure seamless disaster recovery and application management on our Disaster Recovery site.
  • MiddleWare Security Patches: Implement security patches and updates to prevent potential threats.
  • MiddleWare Release Updates: Deploy middleware releases and upgrades according to OEM and application team SOPs.
  • Installation and Configuration: Install and configure middleware products to meet business requirements.
  • Deployments and Downtime Management: Manage deployments and application downtimes to minimize impact on business operations.
  • Performance and Health Checks: Perform regular performance and health checks on middleware services to ensure optimal performance.
  • Backup and Server Certificate Management: Ensure backups of middleware and application components, and manage server certificates to maintain security.
  • Non-Prod Refreshes: Perform non-production refreshes to ensure consistency between production and non-production environments.

Please note that immediate joiners are preferred for this role. Our ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential qualifications include:

  • Strong background in middleware administration and management.
  • Excellent knowledge of middleware technologies and systems.
  • Experience with patching and hot fixing, security and bug patching, resource monitoring, DR activity and application management.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
