Job Description

At our institution, we are seeking a talented and experienced faculty member to teach undergraduate students in the Bachelor of Science (B.Sc) program. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering lectures, tutorials, and laboratory sessions, as well as guiding research projects and contributing to the academic development of the institution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong subject knowledge in a relevant field such as physics, chemistry, mathematics, or computer science, and will possess effective communication and mentoring skills. They will also be able to design and deliver engaging lesson plans, assess student performance, and participate in curriculum planning and academic improvements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this position, candidates must hold a Master's Degree in a relevant subject with a minimum of 55% marks. A Ph.D. or NET qualification is preferred but not mandatory. Candidates should also have at least 2-15 years of teaching or research experience in higher education, with a strong subject knowledge and practical expertise in their field.

Additionally, they should possess effective communication and mentoring skills, as well as familiarity with laboratory management and modern teaching practices.
