Job Title: Academic Leader in Anatomy Education

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified Academic Leader to join our team in the Department of Anatomy. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing academic leadership, teaching, research, and clinical skills training within the Anatomy department.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and maintain high-quality education programs for undergraduate and postgraduate medical students.
• Develop and implement innovative teaching methods, including digital anatomy, simulation-based training, and cadaveric dissection.
• Design and update the Anatomy curriculum to align with regulatory standards.
• Lead and participate in research projects focusing on gross anatomy, histology, embryology, neuroanatomy, and clinical applications.
• Manage administrative tasks, such as maintaining departmental records, procuring cadavers, and overseeing laboratory resources.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will hold an MD or MS degree in Anatomy or equivalent recognized qualification, with 8+ years of teaching experience in Anatomy meeting MCI/NMC norms. A strong academic background, evidence of research publications in indexed journals, and experience in curriculum development, e-learning, and modern teaching methodologies are preferred.
