Employee Relations Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Employee Relations Specialist with strong interpersonal skills and expertise in HR policies to ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, including recent amendments.

Responsibilities:

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring adherence to relevant labour regulations and guidelines.
  • They will handle employee grievances, investigate complaints, and take necessary action against erring employees.
  • The ideal candidate will also prepare inquiry reports, show cause notices, warning letters, and other pertinent documents.
  • Labour Law audits, responding to notices, obtaining licenses, and maintaining harmonious relations with government authorities will be key responsibilities.
  • Additionally, they will be responsible for preparing payroll inputs and managing related administrative tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • A postgraduate degree in Human Resources or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications is required.
