Job Overview

We are seeking a data-driven marketing professional to drive growth across various platforms. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimize campaigns, analyze results, and scale revenue while improving return on investment (ROI) and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement campaigns across digital and marketplace platforms, manage resources, and optimize for revenue, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Analytics & Optimization: Track performance metrics, generate actionable insights, implement retargeting and remarketing strategies, and optimize marketplace visibility and campaigns for better conversions.
  • Collaboration & Content: Coordinate with cross-functional teams for high-performing creatives, recommend improvements to enhance campaign effectiveness and growth.
Requirements:
  • 3-6 years of experience in performance marketing (D2C/e-commerce preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and advertising management systems.
  • Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, or similar).
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns and improve ROAS.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
