Demand Generation Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional to execute our demand generation function. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to drive pipeline growth and campaign success.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Executing end-to-end demand generation plans for enterprise and mid-market accounts
  • Developing and managing webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies
  • Collaborating with content and design teams to launch high-impact campaigns
  • Tracking and reporting on marketing KPIs including MQLs, SQLs, CAC, funnel conversion, and ROI
  • Continuously optimizing campaigns through A/B testing, data analysis, and market insights
  • Overseeing the use and effectiveness of CRM and marketing automation tools

Additional responsibilities may include supporting regional growth initiatives in international markets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B lead generation, demand generation, or growth marketing roles
  • Proven track record of driving pipeline growth for SaaS, enterprise tech, or B2B services
  • Experience managing webinars, email campaigns, ads, Google Ads, events, and inbound strategies
  • Proficient in CRM, HubSpot, or similar platforms, and campaign performance tools
