We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead our Analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with a minimum of 8 years of experience in developing and deploying ML/DL solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The analytics leader will design, develop, and implement ML/DL models and algorithms to address complex business problems, driving data-driven decision making and business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to understand specific requirements and develop and integrate ML solutions into the existing technology stack, ensuring seamless integration and maximum impact.
  • Analyze and improve the performance of existing ML/DL/AI models by optimizing algorithms, tuning hyperparameters, and using advanced techniques such as transfer learning and reinforcement learning, resulting in improved accuracy and efficiency.
  • Conduct research on the latest trends in Analytics, ML, AI, computer vision, and NLP, and incorporate new findings into the development process to ensure our solutions remain at the forefront of technological innovation, driving strategic business advantage.
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation for AI models, processes, and results to ensure transparency and ease of use for other team members, facilitating knowledge sharing and collaboration.
