As a key member of our team, you will collect, analyze, and interpret HR and business data to identify trends and opportunities for process enhancement. Your expertise will help build and maintain dashboards and reports for employee performance, experience, and retention using Excel, Power BI/Tableau, and SQL.

Key responsibilities include partnering with HR and business stakeholders to understand challenges and recommend data-driven solutions that align people strategies with business objectives. You will ensure timely communication of insights for decision-making and guarantee the accuracy and quality of data.

  • Mandatory working knowledge on Excel (SQL - Good to have)
  • Experience building data models, creating interactive dashboards, and automating HR reports in Power BI/Tableau
  • Ability to analyze large data sets and generate actionable recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • B-Tech/BE and B-Tech/BE + MBA
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
