We are seeking a Business Development Executive to lead our IT services and consulting efforts in the B2B sector.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive growth and revenue
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and relationship-building
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, customer needs, and competitive landscape
  • Lead the sales process from lead generation to closure, including proposal development, negotiations, and contract signing
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery and customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in business development and sales in the IT services and consulting industry, with a focus on B2B
  • Experience in international marketing and expanding business into global markets
  • Strong understanding of IT services and consulting, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software development, and digital transformation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to drive sales and meet targets in a competitive market
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills
  • Flexibility to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • Previous experience in a similar senior role or a desire and potential to be promoted as a co-founder
