Technical Support Specialist Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide technical support to our clients. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing training sessions and software demonstrations.

You will also design, build, and implement solutions to automate complex workflows, contribute to software customization projects, and participate in marketing events. This role requires frequent travel across the Indian territory.

To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in manufacturing processes, excellent interpersonal skills, and proficiency in written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.

In addition, you should possess programming skills (e.g., Matlab, Excel VBA, Python, C#, and/or others) and an interest in software customization projects. Familiarity with CAD/CAM software and CNC CMM programming is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gain an in-depth understanding of our solutions to offer basic and expert-level technical support to our customers.
  • Provide training sessions to ensure that our customers efficiently use our solutions in their manufacturing or design processes.
  • Perform advanced software demonstrations adapted to the specific needs of our potential customers.
  • Design, build, and implement solutions to automate complex workflows.
  • Contribute to software customization projects to tailor solutions to client-specific needs.
  • Participate in marketing events, such as tradeshows, seminars, webinars, conferences, etc.
  • Pay strategic visits to clients in collaboration with technical management and sales.
Qualifications:
  • Hold a university degree or diploma in mechanical engineering or a similar field.
  • Have at least 4 years of relevant experience regarding manufacturing processes in industries such as automotive, aeronautics, energy, and in 3D metrology environments, quality control, and production processes.
  • Be available and willing to travel frequently.
  • Display well-developed interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrate a strong interest for teamwork.
  • Be proficient in written and verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
  • Possess programming skills (e.g., Matlab, Excel VBA, Python, C#, and/or others).
  • Show interest in software customization projects.
