Job Title: Technology Leader

We are seeking a seasoned Technology Leader to join our team and drive all things tech at Moneyfactory. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the company's technology strategy.

Responsibilities:

  • Write code, debug, and unblock when needed.
  • Define & enforce engineering practices (CI/CD, QA, release pipelines).
  • Ensure fintech-grade security & compliance.
  • Work, Lead and guide our lean dev/design team.
  • Build a scalable architecture ready for multi-product growth.
  • Keep us AI-native: lean, fast, automated.

Requirements:

  • 10–15 years of engineering leadership with hands-on coding experience.
  • Proven record of building consumer-facing, scalable products.
  • Comfort with fractional engagement but full ownership of outcomes.
  • Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
  • Can show live products you've built.
