Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end finance function, encompassing accounting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in managing accounting processes, including month-end and year-end closing procedures, financial statement preparation, MIS reports, and variance analysis.
- Manage the finance function, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance.
- Owning the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Preparing financial statements, management information reports, and variance analysis.
- Driving budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Managing tax filings, audits, and statutory compliances.
- Monitoring cash flow and working capital.
Candidates with a Semi-CA or Qualified CMA certification, accompanied by 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, are highly preferred. Previous experience in manufacturing or FMCG environments is advantageous. Proficiency in accounting standards, regulations, and financial processes is essential.
