This role offers a unique opportunity to interact directly with potential customers and teams to gather requirements, estimate effort, cost, schedules, design size, and feasibility.

  • You will plan RTL logic design and verification projects, including initial synthesis with constraints and UPF development.
  • Senior technical leaders direct project technical teams to execute these designs, mentor junior engineers, and interact with implementation teams for clean hand-offs and successful project outcomes.
  • You will work as both an individual contributor and a project leader, depending on the project's size and scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute RTL logic design and verification projects.
  • Mentor junior engineers and lead project technical teams.
  • Interact with implementation teams for successful project outcomes.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 15+ years of experience in RTL logic design and verification.
  • Excellent customer interfacing and pre-sales skills.
  • Proposal writing, presentation, and tuning according to requirements.
  • Proficiency in RTL logic design, design verification, teamwork, customer focus, and communication.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Test Bench creation, configuration, and UVM methodologies.
  • Developing verification environments and performing complete verification on design blocks, subsystems, and full SoCs.
  • Customer interfacing and collaborative teamwork experience.
  • Contributing to multiple project tapeouts.
  • Designing complex SOC designs.
  • Intimate knowledge of tools, flows, and methodologies required to execute design projects.
  • FPGA design and verification expertise.
  • Hands-on experience with various protocols.
