Supply Chain Optimization Specialist

This role encompasses strategic planning, project management, and process improvement initiatives aimed at optimizing supply chain operations in alignment with organizational objectives.
You will be responsible for on-going generation and creation of reporting, analyzing data to outline any reasons for under/over performance and take actions to improve performance. Accurate recording and reporting of metrics are essential to ensure timely decision making.
Additionally, you will work closely with leadership to identify hot spots and take appropriate actions to minimize any impacts, communicate and interact effectively with operations and support functions to provide internal customers with information/data needs in a timely manner. Evaluating and implementing opportunities for improving workflow processes and automation of processes is crucial to drive efficiency and productivity.
Key Responsibilities- Generate and create ongoing reporting to inform business decisions.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Support the delivery of productivity targets by ensuring accurate recording and reporting of metrics.
- Perform updates and act as a subject matter expert (SME) on workflow tools to ensure seamless operation.
- Collaborate with leadership to identify and mitigate risks that may impact business operations.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide timely information and data needed to drive business outcomes.
- Evaluate and implement opportunities for workflow process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency and productivity.
