Job Title: Clinical Trial Supply Manager Clinical trial supply professionals play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of essential supplies to patients undergoing clinical trials.
As a critical member of the Clinical Trial Team, you will be responsible for defining and executing optimal clinical trial supply strategies that guarantee uninterrupted supply continuity.
As the single point of contact for the core Clinical Trial Team (CTT), your responsibilities will encompass managing all project activities while maintaining strict quality and compliance standards throughout your work.
Your operational end-to-end responsibility will include leading cross-functional teams to deliver clinical trial supply objectives and driving collaborative efforts with line function partners to develop effective supply strategies.
Key Responsibilities: Represent GCS in the Clinical Trial Team (CTT) and advise on optimal clinical trial supply strategies.
Review clinical trial protocols and provide input on packaging design, clinical trial supply, and visit schedules.
Create and maintain accurate clinical supply demands aligned with protocol requirements and patient projections.
Develop and finalize packaging designs, label strategies, and NIRT set-ups for participating countries.
Collaborate with line function partners to develop optimal supply strategies and trigger shipments of investigational medicinal products.
Develop resupply strategies to ensure compliance and continuity of clinical supplies.
Consolidate and track the clinical trial budget with key stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications: Master's or Doctorate in life sciences (or MBA with bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in life science) 5 years of practical experience in clinical supplies within the pharmaceutical industry Strong operational excellence, attention to detail, project management, and organizational skills Broad technical knowledge in Supply Chain systems, data & digital savviness, and learning agility Knowledge of relevant regulations and Novartis specific standards Desired Skills: Continual Improvement Process, Master Data, Material Requirements Planning (Mrp), Materials Management, Production Planning, Supply-Chain Management, Supply Chain Planning, Technical Requirements, Waterfall Model, Wms (Warehouse Management Systems) ),
