A senior position available in a globally prominent venture capital fund.

Job Description:
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to work as part of our ECM team, providing due diligence and valuation analysis for equity offerings, with a primary focus on the Indian market.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining company financial models, performing sound valuation analysis based on Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) & Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DHRP), and representing us at meetings with corporate management teams and sell-side syndicate desks.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of experience analysing securities, preferably in investment banking or equity research.
  • Demonstrated expertise in reviewing Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) & Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DHRP) with the ability to obtain reliable valuation analysis.
  • Strong numerical and modelling skills, with knowledge of financial concepts such as financial statement analysis, accounting, valuation techniques, and financial modelling.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Existing relationships with IB/ECM desks are preferred, but not required.
